Q: The brochure says on page 5 that orders will be processed beginning April 23. I paid my preregistration fees, but didn't get my brochure until much later. Why?
A: The brochure was written assuming it would be mailed on April 22nd. We mailed a week later, on April 29th. Please add 7 days to the dates shown on page 5 of the booklet.
Q: How do I fill out the Catalog Request form (formerly the Registration form) and Catalog Order form?
A: There are two ways to fill out the forms:
1: Print the form on your computer and fill it in by hand.
2: Each form has boxes that you can fill in on your computer. Just put the cursor in the box, click on it, then type in the box. You can use the 'Tab' key to move between boxes, or just move the cursor and click in the box. The 'Subtotal' and 'Total' categories will automatically calculate.
Please protect your personal information—do NOT send orders and credit card information via e-mail! The web site and e-mail are NOT SECURE!
You MUST print the form and send it in the mail—orders received by e-mail will not be accepted.
Q: What does "Premier Class" mean?
A: Premier Class on the Tuesday and Wednesday trips include the following:
1. Seating in one of two up-scale passenger coaches which will be located on the rear end of the train and will allow access to the rear vestibule. Coaches are restored and are air-conditioned, ex-Canadian coaches.
2. Seats recline, have leg rests and include air-line style fold-down, seat-back tables.
3. Complimentary coffee, juice and rolls will be served in the morning and finger food throughout the day.
4. Passengers will be served an up-scale box lunch at noon.
5. The rest of the passengers (non-Premier Class) will not be allowed into these two cars.
